• Cut back hedges/trees in the yard that need trimming including those in front of doors, most especially the front door, windows & porches.
• Make sure the Front door is in good repair and paint if necessary, this includes any screen door as well. If your front door has mold and mildew on it, CLEAN it, clorox and water works well.
• Home should be aesthetically pleasing but should also be safe and free of obstructions and overgrowth.
